What is InBodyMent™?
InBodyMent™ was born in my own Akashic Record journeys. While in the Records, I began noticing subtle aches — a pull in my shoulder, a heaviness in my lower back. The Records would guide me directly into these body parts, and my body would begin to move. Sometimes it was a slow fold, sometimes a deep pigeon pose. As I stayed, stories would surface — old wounds, ancestral imprints, and forgotten moments. With each breath, I felt the energy release.
It was more than a reading. It was integration in real time.
The Akashic downloads weren’t just heard — they were embodied.
This is the essence of InBodyMent™: a fusion of intuitive movement, yin yoga, energy healing, and soul-level guidance that anchors wisdom deeply into your physical body for lasting transformation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to find a new time that works for both of us.
Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or can be applied toward a future session.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 48 hours before or do not show up, the investment is non-refundable, as this time has been reserved for you. However, we understand that true emergencies arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.
