✨DIVINE DATE DELIGHTS✨

A Taste from Synced & Sovereign: Recipes for the Cyclical Soul

Here’s a nourishing bite from my upcoming recipe e-book. This is one of my favorite pre-workout snacks — but honestly, I enjoy it all month long. It’s gooey, crunchy, chocolatey… and easy to adapt to your moon cycle.

Makes: 1 tray (lasts me 4–6 weeks)

Prep Time: 15 minutes + chilling time

Ingredients

  • ~1.25 lbs Medjool dates, pitted + flattened

  • Cashew butter (homemade or store-bought — recipes incl. in e-book 😉)

    Chocolate layer:

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 3/4 – 1 cup EV cold-pressed coconut oil, melted

  • Sweetener of choice (I use monk fruit)

Toppings (mix & match):

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Sunflower seeds

  • Hemp seeds

  • Black + white sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prep the dates: Pit and flatten the Medjool dates. Place them in a tray or flat dish and pop into the freezer for 10–15 minutes.

2. Cashew layer: Spread a thick, thicc layer of cashew butter over the chilled dates. Trust me — the more, the better. Freeze for about 30–40 minutes, until firm.

3. Chocolate layer: Whisk together cacao powder, melted coconut oil, and monk fruit until smooth. Pour a generous, thiccc layer of chocolate over the hardened cashew butter.

4. Toppings: While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle on your seeds. Go heavy, let it rain 🌱.

5. Set & enjoy: Freeze until solid, then break apart into squares or chunks. Store in the freezer — they’ll last you 4–6 weeks (if you don’t eat them all first).

Step 1:

I used a meat tenderizer to flatten the dates. Pop them in the freezer to chill so the cashew butter spreads more easily

Step 2:

I’m not kidding… make it thiccc. It tastes like ice cream when it’s frozen 🤤

🌙 Mood & Cycle Note:

These treats are perfect anytime — pre-workout, as a dessert, or a midday pick-me-up. Healthy fats + minerals + magnesium-rich cacao = balanced energy + happy mood.

Cycle tip (optional):

  • Follicular & Luteal: emphasize pumpkin + sunflower seeds.

  • Menstrual: sesame + hemp help balance hormones and support iron.
